系统视角下的广西高新技术产业功能研究

摘　　要：以系统论为基础,高新技术产业系统由产业要素、产业结构、产业环境、产业功能构成。功能是高新技术产业发展的显著标志,高新技术产业功能主要表现为自我成长功能、对传统经济的带动功能以及社会促进功能。运用偏离系数法对广西高新技术产业功能进行研究,结果表明广西高新技术产业自我创新能力较弱,并且对传统经济的带动作用不明显。广西应重点增强高新技术产业对传统经济的带动功能,重视自我创新能力的培育,以提高高新技术产业发展对经济社会发展的功能。Hi - tech industry system consists of industry factors, industry structure, industry circumstances and industry function. Function is the significant mark of the development of Hi - tech industry. The performance is defined as self - growth function, driving traditional economy function and society - promoting function. It is concluded that the self - growth function of Hi - tech industry of Guangxi is weak, and the traditional economy - driving function is not obvious by using deviation coefficient method. Guangxi should emphasize on strengthening the traditional economy - driving function of hi - tech industry and pay attention to nurturing self innovation ability to enhance the function of Hi - tech industry on economy and society.
