摘  要:本文针对英语专业发展现状,探讨了'国际导向、多元通用'理念下英语专业'一体两翼'的改革和建设思路;从实践探索上升到理论研究,为我校英语专业建设与改革提供理论支撑,构建体现我校特色并具推广价值的英语专业人才培养模式,即'32333'模式。该模式可以简述为'3'个层次的人才培养目标、'2'种类型的人才培养规格、'3'大模块的课程体系、'3'类人员的师资队伍构成和'3'方共同监控的质量保障体系。在构建多元办学模式、打造师资队伍、完善课程体系、夯实实验实践教学平台等方面取得了初步成效。With respect to the current situation of English Major construction, this paper, in the light of the idea of "diversified world-oriented education", explores the "one-entity-two-wing" approach to the reform and construction of English Major. This paper roots its theoretical generalization in practice, endeavors to provide theoretical support for the reform and construction of English Major in SISU, and tries to formulate a personnel cultivation model that at the same time embodies the features of SISU and is applicable to other colleges. Such a model, as formulated in this paper, is the "32333" Model, which can be simplified as: 3 ranks of personnel cultivation goals, 2 specifications of cultivation, 3 modules of course system, 3 categories of faculty and 3 parties in quality supervision and controlling. This paper is also a reflection of the initial accomplishment of SISU in the efforts to build up diversified cultivation model, forge high-level faculty, optimize course system and consolidate experiment and practice platforms.
