基于法令的日本教师教育课程认证——以日本大学认证协会(JUAA)对宫城教育大学课程认证为例

摘　　要：自2004年4月起,日本所有的国公私立大学(包括短期大学)及高等专门学校都必须接受七年一次的认证。到目前为止,日本共有五家重要的高等教育质量认证机构,其中四家通过了文部科学省的审批。本研究以这四家中的日本大学认证协会为例,描述并分析了它对日本宫城教育大学本科教师教育课程的认证标准和程序,最后就此提出了一些值得我国教师教育课程认证借鉴的地方。In Japan,since April 2004,universities（ national,public and private）,junior colleges and special training colleges have been subjected to the accreditation every seven years.Up to now,there are altogether five major quality accreditation institutions for Japanese higher education,four of which have been approved by MEXT.Taking Japan University Accreditation Association as an example,this research describes and analyzes its accreditation standards and procedures for teachers＇ education programs of Miyagi University of Education in Japan.Based on this,some implications for the accreditation of Chinese teachers＇ education programs are finally presented.
