培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的新思路——以西安文化核心价值观的提炼为例

摘　　要：培育和践行社会主义核心价值观要与本地区、本部门的实际结合起来,扎根当地历史文化土壤,传承当地文化传统价值的精华,融入民众教育、精神文明建设全过程,贯穿于各个领域,进一步物化为各行业的工作和生活风貌。西安提炼、概括的西安文化核心价值观,把社会主义核心价值体系的原则要求变为可操作的工作措施,把目标任务变成可实施的工作项目,为培育和践行社会主义核心价值观提供了具有地方特色的新思路。To cultivate and practice the socialist core values, we should combine it with the practical situations, root in the native history and culture, inherit the essence of the local cultural tradition, be integrated into the whole process of pubic education and construction of spiritual civilization, extend into all domains, and materialize it as the features of each profession further. Xi＇an turns the principles and requirements of system of socialist code values into operable work measures, and takes tasks into practice, and thus offers new approaches to cultivate and practice the socialist core values with local specialties.
