摘  要:《中庸》作为儒家的重要典籍不仅包含着关于天人之际的玄思义理,还有丰富的修身思想。《中庸》开篇关于天命、性、道、教的阐述可以视作修身教化的指向,也体现了"修身"在《中庸》中的重要地位。《中庸》的修身思想以"诚与中庸"为修身之总纲,以"礼"与"和"为修身之关键,同时又有着三达德、五达道的具体德目要求。《中庸》的修身思想专注于"切中伦常",并注重道德主体之自觉,这对于当今社会道德建设有可资借鉴之处。As one of the most important classics of Confucianism, Zhong Yong contains not only the profound thoughts in the relationship between heaven and people, but also rich theories on self-cultivation. In fact, the opening speech of this book can be taken as an explanation on people' s self-cultivation, which indicates the emphasis the author had put on. To put it briefly, it makes Cheng and Zhong Yong as the general principle, Li and He as its key in its theory of self-cultivation. Besides, the requirements of three main virtues as well as five main cultivating ways are also put forward. This kind of theory featuring the focus on the familiar and advocating individuals' moral awareness may pro- vide some provoking treasures for our moral construction in modem times.
