摘 要:为了研究大件过桥时车桥系统的耦合振动,以中石油吸收塔运输为背景,对于简支梁桥的动力响应进行了实时监测,采用广义虚功原理推导了车辆的振动方程组,利用位移协调方程把车桥振动耦合起来并利用ANSYS进行求解。结果表明:理论值和实测值吻合较好;大件运输低速过桥时,车桥耦合振动作用明显,冲击系数仍然较大;对于中小跨径桥梁,路面不平度对于冲击系数的影响较大,对桥面进行平整度处理是降低车辆冲击效应的有效方法。A real-time monitoring of simply supported bridge dynamic responses and numerical simulation based on vehicle-bridge coupled vibration was carried out to study the dynamic responses of the bridge , taking the absorption tower transportation of CNPC as the background .The vibration equations of the vehicles were deduced based on generalized principles of virtual work .The vibration of vehicles and the bridge was coupled using the displacement coordinate equation , and was solved by ANSYS .The findings show that the calculation results are in accord with the measured ones .The vehicle-bridge coupling vibration effect is obvious and the impact factor is still larger during the oversize transport with low speed .The effect of speed on the impact coefficient is smaller than that of road roughness for small and medium span bridges .So treatment of the deck is an effective method to reduce the vehicle impact effect for small and medium span bridges .
