基于“产学研用”一体化教学的高职导游专业人才培养途径研究

摘　　要：随着旅游业的蓬勃发展,对导游人员的综合素质要求越来越高。在分析高职导游专业教育现状问题的基础上提出高职院校应深化教育体制改革,遵循"产学研用"一体化的教学理念,走出一条以"产"为方向,"学"为基础,"研"为纽带,"用"为目的的办学道路,并对高职导游专业人才培养途径进行深入探讨,最终培养出优秀的导游人才。With the rapid development of tourism,it is increasingly demanding of tour guides with high overall quality. This paper,based on the analysis of the current status of tourist guide education,proposes that vocational colleges should deepen reform of educational sys-tem,follow the concept of the integration of production,teaching,research and use,with production as the direction,teaching as the base, research as the link,use as the purpose,and discusses the approach of cultivating tourist guide talents to cultivate excellent tourist tal-ents.
