摘　　要：从财务管理专业培养方案的制订过程来看,独立学院在主观上不够重视,培养方案的编制、修订时轻调查研究、轻评估审查。因此应当在机构设置上形成"集权——分权"的专业培养方案的工作机制,教务部门宏观把握进行专业培养方案制定的管理,系应当建立"群体参与"式培养方案的形成机制。Individual colleges don＆#39;t pay enough attention to the cultivation plan of Financial Manage-ment speciality ,in w hich the theory modification is emphasized and investigation is neglected w hen it is compiled and revised .The essay aims to discuss work mechanism of ＆quot;centralization of power -decentrali-zation of power＆quot; formed in the department establishment .Educational administration section focuses on the management of the preparation of cultivation plan with macroscopic concept while the teaching depart-ment centers around the establishing of work mechanism of ＆quot;group participation＆quot;.
