摘  要:高性能永磁同步电机伺服系统要求快速响应的电流内环以保证系统的高动态性能。电流增量预测控制策略可以获得快速的电流响应速度,但依赖电感参数的准确性。电感参数不准确时,系统稳定性难以保证。本文通过使用更多的电压及电流信息来提高参考电压计算式的阶次,以此拓宽电流增量预测控制策略对电感参数的适应性。该方法对处理器的占空比更新能力或运算速度没有特殊要求,仅需增加少量计算量就可以显著拓宽电感参数稳定域。仿真和实验结果证明了所提方法的有效性与实用性。In order to ensure high dynamic performance of the whole system, high performance permanent magnet synchronous motor servo applications often require fast response speed of inner current loop. Incremental predictive control strategy of current for permanent magnet synchronous motor is promising to achieve fast dynamic response. However, it is sensitive to the accuracy of motor inductance. If the parameter of motor inductance mismatches seriously, stability of the system is difficult to be guaranteed. This paper proposes a method to expend the stability region of motor inductance for the incremental predictive control strategy. By using more motor status information, the order of the equation which is employed to calculate the reference voltage is increased. Thus, the aim of expending the suitability region of motor inductance is realized. This proposed method has no special requirements on hardware resources or computing speed of the processor. The stability region of motor inductance can be significantly broadened at the cost of a small increase in computation adopting the proposed method. Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method.
