摘　　要：为了探索计算机教育中的人本教育,培养具有创新能力的高素质人才,本文分析了计算机教学中的人本教育与创新素养和综合能力的关系,提出了计算机教学中人本教育的主要问题、研究内容、研究目标和研究方法。笔者还给出了计算机人本教育实践过程中的具体措施和相应的实践效果。To explore the human-oriented education during the computer teaching and to cultivate the top-quality talents with innovation ability, this paper analyzes the computer teaching relationships of the people human-oriented education, the innovation accomplishment and the overall capability. It proposes the oriented education of the sub- ject matter, the research content, the research target and the research method in the computer teaching. At last, this paper gives the concrete measure and relevant practice effect in the practice process of the human-oriented com- puter education.
