摘　　要：在深圳经济转型产业升级背景下,深圳的高职教育面临重大的发展的机遇与挑战。针对深圳产业转型发展与高职教育规模质量提升、就业结构变化与高职教育体系调整、协同创新与人才培养模式改革、社会流动职业变迁与学生可持续能力培养等问题,提出了以体制与机制创新为前提,以人才培养质量为核心,以建立现代高职教育体系为发展目标,主动调整高职教育结构,推动高职教育创新发展、特色发展和可持续发展与社会经济发展的良性互动。Under the background of economic restructuring and industrial upgrading, TVET in Shenzhen is faced with both opportunities and challenges. After an analysis of the relation between industrial transformation and the enhancement of TVET, employment structure changes and system adjustment of TVET, collaborative innovation and talents training mode, career mobility resulting from social mobility and sustainable capabilities development, it is pointed out a new TVET system characterized by mechanism innovation and taking personnel training as the core to promote the TVET development featuring innovation and sustainability.
