摘　　要：建构具有高校特色的廉洁文化体系是社会主义先进文化建设的重要内容。在具体实践中,高校廉洁文化的特色主要体现在:领导是关键,教师是主角,学生是主体。高校特色廉洁文化体系的建构,必须立足于话语、文化和制度三个维度,这三个维度缺一不可,相互联系,相互影响。Constructing the incorruptible culture system with features of colleges and universities is important in the construction of social advanced culture. In the specific practice, features of incorruptible culture in colleges and universities mainly embody as follows： the leader is the key; the teacher is the leading role; the student is the main part. The construction of corruptible culture system with features of colleges and universities must base on words, culture and rule, which are indispensable and mutually interact.
