摘 要:铝合金因其密度小、比强度高、耐腐蚀性好、加工性能好成为高速列车车体材料的首选。在各种不同焊接位置(平位PA、横位PC、仰位PE、立向上位PF、PA+PE)条件下,材料对焊接工艺的适应性及接头性能则成为了实际生产和工艺设计最为关注的难题。结合实际生产需要,选用国内外车体广泛采用的6N01铝合金材料,采用MIG焊接方法,制备典型位置条件下的焊接接头,研究不同焊接接头在典型位置条件下的接头组织、性能,对比分析了各种不同焊接位置条件下的工艺适用性,为高速列车铝合金车体焊接接头设计提供试验数据和理论依据。Aluminum alloy is the good choice of high-speed train ear body manufacture for small density and good mechanics. In the conditions of various welding position,such as PA,PC,PE,PF,welding adaptability and performance of aluminum alloy has become one of the most concerned problems in the actual production and process design.Combined with the actual production needs,6N01 aluminum alloy is chosen as the study material,and MIG welding method was chosen as the welding method in the paper.The paper prepare welding joint at different welding position,study microstructure and properties of welding joints,and analyze comparatively the process applicability of various different position of welding conditions,lay the foundation for application of aluminum ahoy in high speed railway train body,and provide test data and theoretical basis for the design of high speed railwayjoint for aluminum alloy ear body welding.
