摘  要:教育病理学是运用社会病理学的理论和方法研究教育中的病理现象。从教育病理学的角度看,幼儿园教师的失德行为使教师教育职能的发挥受到了阻碍。其背景是"教育的歪曲条件",本体是"教育功能障碍",表现是"教师脱轨行为"。应对教师失德行为的策略要从社会大环境与教育系统内部小环境入手,严格入口,抬高门槛,杜绝不合格者进入幼儿教师队伍;科学评价,让幼儿教师有成就感;合理出口,及时将不合格教师清理出教师队伍。Education pathology is a pathological phenomenon of education by using the theory and method of social pathology. From the perspective of education Pathology, kindergarten teachers' misconduct would block the educational function of teachers. Its background is the "distorted" education, and its nature is the education dysfunction, which is shown as teacher derailment behavior. To cope with the phenomenon , we should start frOm the social environment of education system as well as internal environment, including strict entrance, raising the threshold, eliminating substandard into preschool teachers; scientific evaluation, and timely clearing out the unqualified teachers.
