摘　　要：随着就业竞争压力的增大,随着社会对教师的要求越来越高,做好未来教师与就业的顺利衔接,做好未来教师的学术健康、心理健康教育等工作都应成为高等师范教育必须要解决的问题。文章重在阐述高师毕业生职前心理教育的重要性与可行性,从而为顺利就业搭建桥梁。With the fierce competition of employment market and increasing demand of teachers, all the teachers＇colleges should make a smooth connection between the education and the employment and make a good preparation for the would-be teachers＇ academic development and psychological health. The present thesis mainly employs the possibility and feasibility of pre-service psychological education for graduates from teachers＇ college in order to make a bridge between the students and the employment market.
