摘 要:目的编制“中国青少年互动性健康素养评定问卷”并评价其在中学生中应用时的信度和结构效度,为研究中国青少年健康素养提供有效的测评工具。方法在文献综述的基础上,构建的互动性健康素养问卷分为6个维度40个项目;并将跨理论模型引入评定问卷,设计5个阶段变化计分方法。采用分层整群抽样方法,选取重庆市初中和高中各2所,对初一至高三学生3287名进行问卷调查。结合两个独立样本t检验、Pearson相关系数法、因子分析等统计学方法对问卷的项目进行筛选,采用验证性因子分析评价问卷的结构效度。结果“中国青少年互动性健康素养评定问卷”由6个维度31个项目组成,方差累积贡献率为63.847%;总问卷的Cronbaeh仪系数为0.937,各维度的Cronbach仪系数在0.752~0.898之间;相关性分析显示,各项目与总分的Pearson相关系数均在0.4以上,与所属维度的Pearson相关系数均在0.5以上,具有良好的信度和效度。验证性因子分析显示,各拟合度指标均在0.9以上,χ2/df值为11.729(P〈0.01),近似均方根残差为0.058,模型拟合优度良好。结论“中国青少年互动性健康素养评定问卷”符合心理统计学要求,可以作为测量青少年健康素养水平的定量评价工具。Objective The aim of this study was to develop the Chinese Adolescent Interactive Health Literacy Question- naire ( CAIHLQ ) , and to evaluate its reliability and construct validity. Methods The questionnaire includes forty items which cov- ered six subseales based on trans-theoretieal model. A total of 3 287 secondary school students were recruited from two middle schools and high schools in Chongqing by stratified random cluster sampling. Two-independent samples t test, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, factor analysis and other statistical methods were used to screen the items. Confirmatory factor analysis was per- formed for the construct validity of questionnaire. Results Factor analysis revealed that CAIHLQ consists of 31 questions grouped into 6 domains. Variance cumulative contribution rate was 63.847% ; internal consistency test showed that the Cronbach's ct was 0.937, Cronbach's ot of each dimension was 0.752 to 0.898; correlation analysis explained that Pearson correlation coefficients of each item and the total score were all above 0.4, and the Pearson correlation coefficient of each item and its dimension were more than 0.5, all the indicators were at the significant level and have a great reliability and validity. Confirmatory factor analysis results showed that the vector model fitted well (χ2/df = 11.729, P〈 0.01, RMSEA = 0.058, NFI = 0. 909, RFI = 0. 900, CFI = 0.922, GFI = 0.904,AGFI=0.908). Conclusion The CAIHLQ is consistent with the evaluation standard of psychometrics, and can be used to estimate adolescent health literacy.
