摘 要:目的了解苏州市大学生的营养知识、态度、食物选择等情况,为针对大学生开展营养干预提供依据。方法整群抽取苏州市2所高职院校在校大学生1 029名,通过问卷调查了解其营养知识、态度、食物选择情况。结果大学生营养知识得分较低,对《中国居民膳食指南》和《中国居民平衡膳食宝塔》知晓率仅为13.4%和36.4%。营养知识得分女生高于男生,医学生高于非医学生(P值均<0.01)。大学生日常生活中利用营养知识指导饮食者占76.1%,平时关注营养知识者占67.2%。89.9%的大学生根据口味选择食物。大学生的食物和饮料选择与性别、专业、籍贯、生源和是否独生子女有关。结论大学生普遍缺乏基本营养知识,对营养知识的关注和利用不够,选择食物从口味出发,考虑营养较少,存在食物、饮料选择不当的问题较多。Objective To explore nutrition knowledge, attitudes and food choices among university students in Suzhou and to provide evidence for nutritional intervention. Methods A cluster sampling was applied to collect 1 029 university students. Questionnaire was implemented to investigate the nutrition knowledge, attitudes and food choices. Results The score of nutrition knowledge was low. Awareness of Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents and Guide Pagoda for Chinese Residents : Balanced Diet was 13.4% and 36.4%, respectively. Female and medical students scored higher in nutrition knowledge than that of male and non- medical students. About 76.1% of students effectively apply their nutritional knowledge to everyday eating habits and 67.2% of students paid attention to it. About 89.9% of students selected food based on taste. Choice of food and drink were related to sex, profession, place of origin, source and whether the only child. Conclusion University students often lack knowledge to make the right food choices. Most students have inappropriate nutrition habits.
