摘　　要：信息素养教育是高校提高人才培养质量的重要手段。通过教改项目的实施,对黔南民族师范学院非计算机专业学生的信息素养状况进行了调查,对学生信息意识较淡薄,信息能力亟待提高,信息道德和信息法规意识欠缺等问题进行了分析,构建了结构合理、适应性强、能体现不同的专业特征、学习阶段的信息素养教育课程体系。对课程体系中的专业属性、素质拓展、学时、学分等问题进行了教学实践,有效地提升了大学生的信息素养。Information quality education is an important method to improve the quality of cultivating talents in colleges. The paper investigates the situation of Information quality for non -computer students in Qian- nan Normal Colleges for nationalities and analyzes the problems including students＇ week consciousness of information, information ability to be improved and their weak consciousness of information laws. Through an educational reform, the curriculum system with proper structure, professional characteristics and adapta- tion could be constructed and professional attribute, quality expansion and credits put into practice.
