摘 要:为了研究电磁流量计在浓密膏体管道输送应用时对其流量测试精度的影响因素,本文在循环管道试验台上对其进行测试实验,测量了不同浓度浓密膏体的管道输送流量,并与称重法测试结果进行对比以确定电磁流量计流量测试精度.同时利用参比电阻法测量不同质量浓度下煤泥的电导率,提出了电磁流量计用于煤泥管道流量测试可用精度所对应的电导率以及质量浓度阈值.结果表明,浓密膏体为煤泥时,推测当质量浓度不高于63%,电导率不低于0.035 mS/cm时,电磁流量计流量测试精度可靠;且浓度越低电导率越大时,电磁流量计测量效果越好.In order to identify the factors that affect the accuracy about electromagnetic flowmeter transporting thick paste, we test the pipeline transportation flow of different thick pastes by using the pressure pipe rheological and resistance test system. And the test accuracy of electromagnetic flowme- ter is compared with that of the weighing method. We test conductivities under different mass concen- trations using the reference resistance method. We also try to get mass concentration and the conduc- tivity thresholds of thick paste that the electromagnetic flowmeter can use in thick paste pipeline flowmeter test. The results show that the test accuracy of electromagnetic flowmeter is reliable for coal slurry as the thick paste with mass concentration less than 63 %, and conductivity is lower than 0. 035 mS/cm. And more test shows that the test results are better with the lower of the concentration, the higher of conductivity. K
