健康管理技术综述及卫星应用设想

摘　　要：健康管理技术是一项预先诊断系统完成其设计功能的状态,确定其剩余寿命或故障发生,并综合可用资源和使用需求,做出系统健康状态判断和维修活动决策的技术。综述了健康管理技术的发展及其关键技术,在当前国内外卫星PHM技术、应用现状的基础上,提出了一种基于星载总线的空地一体化的开放式卫星PHM系统,并阐述了系统的总体架构及功能模型。最后对健康管理技术的发展途径提出了一些应用思路和看法。PHM is a technology which can previously diagnose the state of system design,determine the remaining life or faults occurs,and make judgments and maintenance decisions for system health by integrating available resources and applicable requirements.This paper summarizes the advances and its key techniques of health management technology.Based on the situation of current domestic and international PHM technology application of satellite,it proposes an open integrated air-ground PHM system based on on-board bus for space satellite,then elaborates the overall system architecture and function model.Finally,we put forward some application ideas and opinions for the development of PHM technology.
