摘　　要：办好学前教育党的是十八大的明确要求,是教育发展的必然选择;师资的数量与质量,是办好学前教育的核心要素和关键环节;不解决好师资问题,"办好"学前教育就会沦为空谈。而要从根本上全面彻底解决师资问题,当前最紧迫的任务就是要狠抓现有政策和制度项目的落实,并及时启动新一轮学前教育改革的顶层设计。The 18th National Congress has made it clear that to run preschools well is an evitable choice for Chi- na to develop its education） the quantity and quality of teachers is the core element and key link of running pre- school education;if we can＇t settle the problem of faculty, the wish of running pre-school education will become bunkum. In order to completely solve the problem of teachers, the pressing task for us now is to focus on the implementation of existing policies and institutional projects, and timely launch the top-level design for a new round of pre-school education reform.
