研究生教学改革中学生评教作用的调查研究

摘　　要：提高教学质量是高校研究生教育改革最为核心的任务。为了研究目前研究生教育质量中存在的问题,本研究采用自编的"研究生教育改革意向调查问卷",对研究生教育中的教学现状和改革意向进行调查,发现学生评教作用的发挥不仅关系到教师的教学方式和教学态度,还关系到研究生的学习态度以及教学改革意向。深入分析发现,学生评教作用发挥不到位的根本原因在于对学生评教管理的缺失,为此需建立科学的评价体系、公正的激励制度和持续有效的反馈机制。Improving teaching quality is the core task of postgraduate education reform. In order to study the problems existing in the quality of postgraduate education at present, we investigate into teaehing situation and reform intention in postgraduate education by the self-compiled postgraduate educational reform intention （GERI） questionnaire. The results show that the effect of stu not only related to teachers＇ teaching approach and attitude, but also to dents＇ evaluation in teaching is postgraduates＇ learning attitude and teaching reform intention. Further analysis finds that students＇ evaluation in teaching does not exert properly, which is due to the deficiency of management. Therefore, fair incentive system and sustained effective feedback mechanism is establishing scientific evaluation system, necessary.
