南非高等教育发展与评估模式及对我国高等教育的启示

摘　　要：作为非洲经济最发达的国家,南非高等教育发展在发展中国家具有一定的典型性,其独特的社会和历史条件造成了南非在高等教育管理与评估方面的独特之处。南非高等教育及其评估有一个不断完善和提高的过程。本文简要叙述了南非高等教育及其评估的过程,并在分析南非高等教育管理和评估的基础上,分析了其高教管理和评估特点,探讨了建立在适合本国国情基础上的南非大学课程改革模式,并探讨了其对我国高等教育发展的启示与借鉴意义。As the most economically developed country in Africa, the development of higher education and evaluation in South Africa has certain representativeness in developing countries. The unique social and historical condition also creates the uniqueness in the higher education management and evaluation in South Africa. Its development is a constantly improving process. Based on the analysis of South African higher education and evaluation, this paper introduces the procedure of progress of higher education and its evaluation in South Africa, explains its characteristics in higher education management and evaluation. Then, it discusses its suitable curriculum reform model on the basis of its own national conditions and further points out the significance to the development of Chinese higher education and evaluation.
