摘 要:建立高效液相色谱指纹图谱结合化学计量学方法鉴别平利绞股蓝。利用高效液相色谱法建立陕西平利、四川、湖南、湖北、山东、安徽、福建、广西8个产地绞股蓝的黄酮类物质的指纹图谱,结合指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件分析。结果表明,不同产地的绞股蓝指纹图谱相似度分别为1,0.989,0.959,0.891,0.673,0.667,0.550,0.336。利用Matlab软件进行主成分分析法和系统聚类分析对不同产地的绞股蓝进行判别,平利绞股蓝的识别准确率达到100%。因此,认为HPLC指纹图谱结合化学计量学方法可准确地识别平利绞股蓝,为保护地理性标志产品提供可靠的技术支持。In order to identify Pingli Gynostemma, establist I-IPLC fingerprints combined with chemome^cs methols. Falconoid HPLC fingerprints of 8 different origins Gynostemma were established and analyzed by Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM. Results showed that different origins fingerprints similarity were 1, 0.989, 0.959, 0.891, 0.673, 0.667, 0.550, 0.336, which represent Shanxi, Hunan, Hubei, Shandong, Anhui, Fujian, Guangxi, respectively. Pingli Gynostemma was identified with the models of principal component analysis and cluster analysis carried out by Matlab, and the accuracy rate was 100%. Pingli Gynostemma can be identified accurately by the HPLC fingerprints combined with chemometrics methods, which could provide technical support for the protection ofeoraohical indications oroducts.
