摘　　要：研究家用多功能生态仪的杀菌效果。通过悬液定量杀灭试验、载体定量杀灭试验以及空气消毒试验研究生态仪对水体中、物体表面、空气中微生物的杀灭效果。采用悬液定量杀灭试验,作用30 min,该机对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌的杀菌率达均达到90%以上,黑曲霉仅32.56%;采用载体定量杀灭试验,作用30 min,该机对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌、黑曲霉的杀菌率均达到90%以上;采用空气消毒试验,作用60 min,在1.5 m3及10 m3试验舱中,该机对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌的除菌率均达到90%以上,而在30 m3试验舱中,该机对3种菌的除菌率均在25%以下。Suspension quantitative germicidal test, cartier quantitative germicidal test and air disinfection test were used to research the disinfection of multiftmctional ecological instrument. When Suspension quantitative germicidal test is carried on, after 30 min test with machine, the killing rates ofEscherichia coli., Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella enteritidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans are more than 90%, but the Aspergillus niger is only 32.56%; When carrier quantitative germicidal test is carried on, after 30 min test, the killing rates are more than 90%; When air disinfection test is carried on, after 60 min test in 1.5 m3 and 10 m3 test chamber, the killing rates of Escherichia coli., Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albus are over 90%, but in 30 m3 test chamber, the killing rates are less than 25%.
