摘　　要：国际教育战略联盟是中外合作办学的战略选择。通过联盟之间合作的互依平衡,实现我国培养国际化视野高技能人才的目标,加强对中外合作办学机构和项目的研究,同时参照已有中外合作办学模式的成功经验,调整管理机制,创新办学模式,提高生源质量和中外合作办学优势的吸引力。同时,鼓励我国高校拓展国际教育市场,实现教育资源输入与输出的均衡发展。The international education strategy alliance is a strategic choice for chineseforeign cooperation in running schools. To realize the goal of cultivating skilled talents with internationalized vision in China through the interdependent balance of cooperation among alliances, it is necessary .to strengthen the study on the organization and project of Chi neseforeign cooperation in running schools, meanwhile take example by the successful experience of Chineseforeign coop eration in running schools modes to adjust management mechanism, innovate schoolrunning mode, improve the quality of student source and the attraction of advantages of Chineseforeign cooperation in running schools. Besides, it is vital to encourage colleges and universities to expand international education market and realize the balanced development be tween input and output of education resources.
