摘 要:目的调查护理专业学生对在校专职护理教师胜任力的评价,并分析其影响因素。方法从山东省3所医学院校抽取184名护理专业学生作为研究对象,采用自行设计的问卷进行调查。结果学生评价护理教师胜任力总分为(156.17±14.71)分,优秀率为35.9%;多元线性回归分析显示,薪酬、教学设施、晋升机会是影响护理教师胜任力的主要外在因素。结论护理专业学生对护理教师胜任力的评价处于中等水平。完善教学设施、为教师提供合理的薪酬和晋升机会,可间接提高护理专职教师的胜任力。Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of full-time college nursing teachers. Methods Totally 184 nursing students were recruited from 3 medical colleges in Shandong province. They were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The total score of competency was (156.17±14.71),and the excellent rate was 35.9%. Linear regression analysis showed that salary,teaching facilities and promotion opportunities were the main extrinsic influencing factors of teachers' competency. Conclusion The competency of college nursing teachers rated by nursing students is at a middle level. Improving teaching facilities,providing promotion opportunities and reasonable salary may be helpful to improve the competency of college nursing teachers.
