摘　　要：目的了解某重症病房护士分层次培训时间成本。方法记录2012年某三甲医院重症病房42名护士分层次培训学习时间。结果医院及科室共组织培训75次,护士平均参学率为56.67%,42名护士参加培训的总时间为4140.5h,护士参加培训时间个体差异大,不同学历、职称、工作年限的护士培训时间成本差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症病房护士分层次培训时间成本和个体差异大,未能充分发挥分层次培训的作用。Objective To investigate the time cost of stratified nurse training in the intensive care unit（ICU）. Methods The time of stratified training for 42 nurses in an ICU was recorded. Results The hospital and department organized 75 times of training and nurses＇ average attendance rate was 56.67%. The total training time for 42 nurses was 4140.5 h; the time spent on training varied greatly from person to person. Significant differences were found in the training time among nurses with different educational level,professional title and years of work experience（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The stratified nurse training in the ICU is high time-consuming. The management and incentive mecha- nism to supervise nurses＇ participation in the training is insufficient.
