摘 要:目的构建一套科学合理的护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力评价指标体系。方法采用德尔菲法对30名专家进行两轮函询,确定护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力评价指标体系的各级指标及权重。结果形成了由7个一级指标、26个二级指标的评价指标体系。咨询问卷有效率分别为93.3%和92.9%,专家权威系数为0.912,一、二级指标Kendall’W系数分别为0.54和0.78。结论专家的积极性和权威程度高,意见的协调程度好。形成的评价指标体系可对护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力的培养、考核和评价提供依据。Objective To develop a scientific core competency index system for master of nursing specialist. Methods A two-round Delphi survey was conducted on 30 experts to identify the items and weight in each level indicators. Results The core competency index system consisted of 7 first-level indicators and 26 second-level indicators. The positivity coefficient of the experts was 93.3% and 92.9% in the first round and second round, respectively; the authority coefficient of the experts was 0.912; the Kendall' W coefficient of the first-level indicators and second-level indicators was 0.54 and 0.78 ,respectively. Conclusion The experts' positivity,authority and coordination coefficients are high. The core competency index system can be used as a valid tool for the training and assessment of master of nursing specialist.
