摘  要:目的探讨护理岗位管理的实施效果。方法科学设置护理岗位,并根据护理工作强度和技术难度合理配置护士数量,定期对护理人员进行绩效考核,其薪酬待遇、晋升与护理岗位挂钩。结果实施护理岗位管理后,三类科室各层级护士构成得到良好配比;113名新护士中,19.47%选岗愿意去一类科室工作;一类、二类、三类科室护士满意度大幅提升(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论实施护理岗位管理,可稳定护士队伍,引导护士合理流动,体现护士的工作价值,促进护士队伍健康发展。Objective To explore the effects of nursing post management. Methods Nursing post were scientifically set up, and the number of nurses required was calculated based on work intensity and technical difficulty. Nurses' job performance was regularly evaluated, and their salary and promotion were parallel with their post. Results After the implementation of nursing post management, the configuration of nurses (proportion of nurses at different levels of post) in three categories of departments was optimal. Of the 113 new graduate nurses, 19.47% were willing to work in class I departments. Job satisfaction of nurses, working in the three categories of departments was significantly improved (P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusion Implementation of nursing post management' can stabilize nursing staff, regulate rational flow of nurses, reflect value of the work, and promote healthy development of nurse team.
