摘　　要：区域创新事关国家富强和民族振兴,高校创新能力的培养是振兴区域经济发展、引领文化繁荣的重要环节。文章分析了新疆高校创新能力的思路,目标与重点任务,并提出增强新疆高校创新能力的建议与措施。Regional innovation is the key to the Country＇s prosperity and power as well as the national revival, the form of the innovativeness is an key link to promote the regional economic development and lead the culture to be bloomy. The author in this essay analyzes it＇s clue, aim and main job, and then puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to enhance it.
