摘 要:自动掏膛是实现家禽屠宰加工自动化的关键环节之一,该技术在国内的应用环境已逐步成熟。通过介绍国际上常用的几种自动掏膛机械手,对比分析各种类型机械手的优缺点,为开发适合我国家禽屠宰加工需求的自动掏膛技术设备提供参考。The automatic poultry eviscerating technology is a key to achieve the automation of poultry slaughtering. At present, the condition of using automatic poultry eviscerating equipment is becoming increasingly mature in our country. And we have the increasing market demand for the automatic poultry eviscerating technology. In this paper, we get the advantage and disadvantage of the different automatic poultry eviscerating manipulators through analyzing and comparing them. In addition, we finally get the conclusion that developing the poultry eviscerating manipulators that suitable for poultry slaughter and processing industry in our country and minimum damage to the viscera has a better market prospect.
