摘　　要："修己"是儒家教育思想的精华,将其古为今用,融入高校思想政治教育工作中,有利于克服高校学生事务管理中出现的问题,完善教师和学生的品质,提高高校思想政治教育工作的实效。“Cultivate oneself” is the essence of Confucian educational thoughts ,when we apply it to this time ,i.e. the ideological and political education ,it will be helpful to overcome the problems in the college student affairs ad-ministration ,improve the quality of teachers and students ,and promote ideological and political education and man-agement to develop fastly forward .
