摘　　要：阐述了民族地区发展农产品深加工业的重要意义及区位优势,在分析民族地区农产品深加工业现状的同时,研究探讨目前存在的主要问题。在此基础上根据民族地区的特点有针对性地提出加强宏观管理、立足自主创新、壮大龙头企业、增加科技含量、健全质量管理和培育名牌产品等对策建议。This article analyzes the location advantages and the importance of agricultural product deep processing industry in ethnic minority areas, discusses the challenges of deep processing industry, and identifies the major problems and development obstacles. According to the characteristics of ethnic minority areas, this article puts forward the following proposals： enhance mac- ro -management, strengthen the leading enterprises, develop technology research, improve quality control, and build product brands.
