L-阿拉伯糖缓解便秘作用的实验研究

摘　　要：该试验探讨了L-阿拉伯糖对实验性便秘小鼠缓解便秘作用的影响。现以昆明小鼠为实验动物,建立小鼠便秘模型,测定小鼠的小肠推进率、首粒排便时间、5 h内排便粒数和排便重量。并将0.75 g·kg-1·d-1 BW剂量组与模型对照组进行比较,发现墨汁推进率提高51.11%,首粒排黑便时间缩短69 min,粪便粒数和粪便重量分别增加9.5和0.22 g。说明L-阿拉伯糖能明显缓解实验性便秘小鼠便秘症状。The experiment studied the effect of L-arabinose to the experimental constipation mice that relieved constipation symptoms. The Kunming mice was used as the experimental animal to establish the constipation model,which would measure the intestine propelling rates,the time of first defecation,the granule number and feces weight in 5 h. The dose group of 0.75g·kg·d^-1 BW compared with the model control group, which showed that intestine propelling rates improved 51.1 l%;the time of the first black defecation shortened 69 min ;the granule number and weight of feces increased 9.5 and 0.22g respectively. The results indicated that L-arabinose could relieve constipation symptoms of the experimental mice.
