摘　　要：对动物源性食品中氯霉素残留检测的主要方法进行综述,包括微生物法、色谱法和免疫分析法,指出了各种方法的特点及研究动态。The principle methods of residual chloramphenicol in animal derived foods was reviewed , concluding microbiological method, chromatography and immunoassay. This paper pointed out the feature and research trends of the above methods.
