本科实习护生专业自我概念及其相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探索本科实习护生专业自我概念现状及其相关因素。方法 2012年6-9月,采用一般资料调查表和护理专业自我概念量表对天津医科大学及天津中医药大学的110名实习末期本科护生进行调查。结果本科实习护生专业自我概念总体分值趋向积极,技能和灵活性得分较高,满意度得分较低;性别对专业自我概念总分及灵活性、技能、满意度等维度有影响,院校属性、生源地以及志愿选择仅对满意度维度有影响(P<0.05)。结论高校及教学医院应根据护生不同情况采取相关措施,培养护生积极的专业态度与专业情感,提高满意度。Objective To explore the relevant factors of professional self-concept among undergradu-ate nursing interns .Methods Totally 110 undergraduate nursing interns were investigated by using general information questionnaire and professional self-concept of nurses instrument .Results The total level of professional self-concept among undergraduate nursing interns tended to be positive .The dimension of skills and flexibility ranked the first while the last one was satisfaction dimension ;Gen-der affected the total score , flexibility , skills and satisfaction dimensions ;the property of college , hometown and voluntary choice had an impact only on satisfaction dimension （P〈 0 .05） .Conclusion Universities and clinical teaching hospitals should take measures to cultivate nursing students’ posi-tive professional attitude and professional emotion according to their different situations and then to improve their satisfactory .
