摘　　要：随着高等职业院校招生规模的不断扩大,高职院校毕业生的就业问题也进一步成为关注的焦点。采用问卷调查的方法,对兰州石化职业技术学院和其他几所省内高职院校近年来的就业现状、就业中存在的问题以及需采取的应对措施进行了分析探讨,以期对甘肃省高职院校毕业生的就业情况有宏观的认识和把握。The higher occupation education of the Gansu is an important part of the higher education in Gansu province. With the expanding of the scale of enrollment of higher vocational college in Lanzhou, people focus more and more attention to the problems of graduates employment. Adopting the market questionnaire survey method, this article studies the current employment status of several higher vocational colleges in Lanzhou such as Lanzhou Petrochemical College of Vocational Technology. Also this article makes some analysis and discussion on the employment status, problems in employment and the employment situation of the higher vocational the countermeasures. The author tries to have a macro control of college to help the graduates.
