摘  要:学说的创生以解剖方法为始基,作为藏象学说核心概念的心、肝、脾、肺、肾等藏府概念,最初是关于实体的、解剖的,藏象学说演进过程中由研究方法的重大转折——放弃解剖转而采用以表知里所赋予的功能概念与初始的解剖概念并非机械的"叠加"组合,而是在气一元论中达成了严密的逻辑统一。从气一元论哲学及中医学的基本特点考虑,当予藏府概念以功能的界定。脏腑概念从实体到功能态的演化是在前贤自觉意识中发生的,之所以少见根据研究手段的转折这一变化了的现实而"有作于新名",乃基于功能概念与初始的解剖概念在气一元论中严密逻辑统一性的自觉意识。Creation of theory of visceral outward manifestation originated from anatomy. The core concepts of visceral outward manifestation theory, for example, heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney theory, were hypostatic and anatomical at first. Evaluation process of visceral outward manifestation theory from anatomy to function of knowing the essence according to surface, which was a great turn, wasn't simple overlay combination, but reached strict logic accordance guiding by monism of Qi. Considering the features of monism of Qi and TCM, visceral function and concept were defined. The evolvement of the concept of zangfu organs from its entity to its function happened in the consciousness of the ancient wise men, Though it did work for the evolvement of the concept of zangfu organ, few mentions have been made from the perspectives of evolvement of researching methods, due to the unity of the function concept and the primary concept based on anatomy in monism of Qi.
