摘　　要：综述翻转课堂教学模式和高等院校现行实验课课程教学模式的现状,提出基于翻转课堂理念的高校实验课程教学设计,以期为我国高校实验课教学改革、培养具有创新和实践能力的新型人才提供一些借鉴。This Paper reviews the current situation of Flipped Classroom Model （FCM） and Experiment Course Model adopted by universities and colleges currently, and proposes the experiment course teaching design based on the philosophy of Flipped Classroom Model （FCM）, for the purpose of providing reference for teaching reformation of experiment course in universities and colleges in China, and cultivating new type talents with innovation and practice ability.
