摘　　要：研究一类同时具有功能反应和密度制约的非线性捕食与被捕食两种群模型,利用微分方程定性理论对系统的正平衡点进行性态分析并得到极限环存在的条件.In this paper , a non-linear predator -prey model with functional response and density de-pendent was investigated .By using the qualitative theory of differential equation , the property analysis of the positive equilibrium and the sufficient condition which guaranrees the existence of the limit circle were obtained .
