教师职业病对心理健康的影响

摘　　要：伴随着知识经济的发展,对教师的综合素质也提出了更高的要求,教师面临着巨大的压力和挑战。需要紧跟时代发展的步伐,不断地学习新知识,因而教师的身体和心理健康成为提高教育质量的重要因素。由于教师群体的特殊性和共性,教师易患职业病,职业病也会诱发教师心理障碍。本文主要探讨教师职业病对心理健康的影响,并展开相关的调查分析,希望引起广大教师和社会的关注。With the development of knowledge economy, teachers face huge pressure and challenge because of the higher requirement for those general qualifies. Teachers need follow the pace of times, so they insist on continuously studying. Thus, the physical and mental health of teachers becomes the very important factors which could affect the improvement of the quality of education. In view of particularity and commonality of teachers, they are easy to have work-related illnesses and psychogenic disorder. Based on the research and investigation, this article describes the impact of work-related illness of teachers to their mental health.
