摘　　要：针对计算机专业卓越工程师培养,提出了"抓住一条主线,实现两个对接,做好三个结合,夯实四项建设"的"1234"工程人才培养新模式.该模式以CDIO模式为创新工程人才培养模式的重要理论依据,并以三螺旋理论为指导,在政府、企业和学校间建立了良好互动关系,形成了社会化的工程教育大环境.在人才培养、学生职业发展、教师队伍建设、课程体系建设、工程伦理教育、教学方法改革、校企合作机制等方面进行了改革与实践,取得了显著成效.For training excellent computer professional engineering talents ,this paper presents the new mode of“1234”.The“1234” means that hold a common thread , implement two docking , complete the three combina-tion and strengthen the four construction .With CDIO mode as important theoretical basis and three screw theory as guidance , the model establishes a good interactive relationship in the government , enterprises and school , and forms the social engineering education environment .The model is applied in reforming and practicing on the tal-ent training , students＇professional development , teachers team construction , curriculum system construction , en-gineering ethics education , the teaching method reform , university-enterprise cooperation mechanism and so on , which has made remarkable achievement .
