摘 要:职业素质从实践内容上来说包括很多方面,但概括起来由职业品德、职业形象、职业知识和职业能力构成。由于职业素质具有共性和个性的两面性,所以在旅游职业领域的旅游职业素质内容有其特殊性。经过旅游专业教学实践和人才培养的要求,笔者试探性提出旅游职业素质养成教育的理论框架、基本理念和实践模式,从课堂、活动、实践、平台、队伍等角度对我院旅游职业素质日常养成教育的实践模式进行了初步的论述。Professional qualities can be very inclusive, but generally they fall into four categories: professional ethics, professional image, professional knowledge and professional competence. Professional qualities in the field of tourism have their own features since professional qualities share the common characters of universality and individuality. In the light of the teaching practice and talents training of tourism, the author puts forward the theoretical framework, basic notion and mode of practice of developing professional qualities of tourism. From the aspects of class, activities, practice, platform, team, the author outlines the practicing mode of developing professional qualities among students of tourism.
