摘 要:目的 建立食品中盐酸克伦特罗残留量的共振散射光检测方法。方法 环糊精与盐酸克伦特罗形成包合物,用荧光分光光度计测定包合物的共振散射光强度,以强度差异值对包合物中盐酸克伦特罗含量进行检测。结果 在波长为358 nm处共振光强度差异与盐酸克伦特罗的浓度变化呈线性关系。当实验温度为60℃,pH=5.0和静置时间为60 min时,方法的检出限为1.2 ng/ml,线性范围为0~10.0 ng/ml,回收率为88%~118%。结论 方法可靠、简便,可用于食品中盐酸克伦特罗的测定。Objective The aim of study was to establish the methodology for monitoring clenbuterol hydrochloride in pork using res- onance light scattering. Methods After beta cyclodextrin and clenbuterol hydrochloride were combined, the intensity of resonance scattering light spectrum was measured, and the intensity difference of resonance scattering light was used to quantify the level of clenbuterol hydrochloride. Resoits At the wavelength of 358 nm, the resonance light scattering intensity was proportional enhanced with increasing clenbuterol hydrochloride level. In the experiment condition where the pH was 5.0, temperature was 60~C and the equilibration time was 60 min, the detection limit was 1.2 ng/mL, with a linear range between 0 and 10.0 ng/mL, and a recovery rate between 88% and 118%. Conclusion This method is reliable and simple, and can be used for the determination of clenbuterol hy- drochloride level in pork.
