在医学专业课教学中加强人文精神渗透的探索与实践

摘　　要：当今医学专业课教学中人文精神缺失,难以满足社会对兼具高尚医德和精湛医务技术的新一代医学人才的需求。本文阐述了医学专业课教学中人文精神渗透的重要性,并就人文精神在医学微生物学教学中的渗透进行了初步的探索和实践。通过树立医学人文精神理念、提升教师的人文素养、发掘微生物发展史上重要人物和事件中的人文素材、融医德教育于医学微生物教学中等途径,提高学生学习的兴趣、增强学生的科学思维和素养、加强学生的爱国主义精神、增强学生的社会责任感和使命感。Humanistic spirit missing in the teaching of medical professional courses is hard to meet the social need for talents with noble medical ethics and consummate medical skill.This paper stated the importance of the humanistic spirit infiltration in the teaching of medical professional courses and explored and practiced humanistic spirit infiltra- tion in the teaching of medical microbiology.Improving the students＇ interest in learning,strengthening scientific think- ing and quality of students,enhancing spirit of patriotism and social sense of responsibility and mission can be attained by the way of setting up the idea of medical humanism,improving teachers＇ humanistic quality,exploring the humanistic material existing in important characters and events in the development history of microbiology,and integrating medical ethics education into the teaching of medical microbiology etc.
