摘  要:学分制下教学质量保障与监控体系的作用机制是由目标机制、过程机制、评价机制和反馈机制构成的一个有机联系的系统。安徽理工大学教学质量保障与监控体系主要包括监控机构、督导体系、监控运行体系、信息反馈体系和整改体系。实践中该体系对教学工作起到了促进作用。还应该建立和完善监控模式、教学质量标准与评价机制等。Abstract:The functional mechanism presented in the teaching quality security and supervision system in the credit sys- tern is an associated system sorted into the mechanism of target, procedure, evaluation and feedback. That security and su- pervision system in Anhui University of Science and Technology, for example, is mainly covered in the supervision organi- zation, supervision system, operational supervision system, information feedback system and rectification system. It is con- eluded that the whole system practically plays a promoting part in the guarantee of teaching quality, and it is also necessary to establish and improve the supervision system, the teaching quality standard and even the evaluation system.
