摘 要:[目的]研究打叶复烤风选除杂烟叶分离对烟叶原料质量的影响。[方法]对打叶复烤风选除杂烟叶进行分离处理,从出片率、均匀性、常规化学成分和感官质量4个方面进行烟叶原料质量分析。[结果]试验表明,打叶复烤风选除杂烟叶分离处理后出片率增加0.24个百分点;叶片结构均匀性提升20.81%,化学成分均匀性提升13.08%,含水率均匀性无明显变化;总糖、还原糖、烟碱、钾含量略有增加,总氮略有下降,氯含量两者接近;香气质感变好,余味舒适度提高,杂气、刺激性降低。[结论]研究可为打叶复烤风选除杂烟叶处理工艺流程设计提供一定的参考依据。[ Objective ] To study effects of threshing and redrying air purification tobacco separation on raw material quality. [ Method ] Air purification tobacco of threshing and redrying were isolated, from 4 aspects of the piece rate, uniformity, chemical and sensory quality, tobacco quality were analyzed. [ Result] The results showed that: the piece rate increases 0.24 percent; the leaf structure uniformity is increased by 20. 81%, chemical composition uniformity increases 13.08%, moisture uniformity has no obvious change ; the total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, potassium content increased slightly, the total nitrogen decreased slightly, both close to the chlorine content; the texture better aroma, aftertaste comfort is enhanced and the mixed gas and irritation reduced. [ Conclusion] The study can provide a reference basis for threshing and redrying air purification tobacco processing technique design.
