摘  要:高职院校的分类管理和分类评价是高等教育大众化的必然要求。以实现高等教育结构优化和功能增强为着眼点,以提高高职院校竞争实力和办学水平为核心,以高等学校"人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承创新"四大职能为主要评价依据,遵循"导向性、可比性、可操作性"以及"共性与个性相结合"的工作原则,构建科学合理的高职院校分类评价指标体系,并对评价与分析方法给出建议。Classified management and assessment in colleges and universities are inevitable requirements of the popularization of higher education. This paper focuses on the realization of higher education structure optimization and function enhancement, regards the improvement of higher vocational colleges competitive strength and school running level as the core, uses the four functions of higher school, talent training, scientific research, social serv- ices and cultural inheritance and innovation as the main basis for evaluation, follows the "oriented, comparability, operability" and "the combination of commonness and individuality" working principle, constructs a scientific and reasonable classification index system for the evaluation of higher vocational colleges and give some suggestion on e- valuation and analysis methods.
