摘　　要：创新人才培养既有社会发展和人自身发展的必然性 ,又有时代和民族要求的紧迫性。创新教育是培养富有创新精神和创新能力的高素质人才的必由之路 ,因此 。The training of innovative talents has necessity of the society and individual development, and urgency of times and national demand.Creative education is the essential way to foster high-qualified personnel with enterprising spirit and creative ability, so the reform of education should concentrate on the training of innovative talents.
